Payment Terms and Conditions

Deposits are non-refundable as they secure accommodations and exclusive experiences.
All payments must be completed by March 20, 2025. Failure to complete payments by the deadline may result in forfeiture of your reservation.
Payments are non-transferable. Your spot cannot be transferred to another individual.
Cancellations made before February 24, 2025, will receive a 50% refund of payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations after February 24, 2025, are non-refundable.
Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions.
